Sostituisco i cd senza sovrapprezzo e nel più breve tempo possibile nel caso in cui ci dovesse essere qualche problema come la non corretta lettura del cd, etc...
Non sostituisco il CD nei seguenti casi:
1. Il sistema operativo che usate non è quello richiesto dal programma.
2. Il lettore CD-ROM e’ un vecchio modello, questi vecchi modelli danno a volte dei problemi con i CD masterizzati., oppure altri errori connessi alla lettura dei CDs. Consiglio di installare il software su un'altra macchina prima di contattarmi per il mancato funzionamento.
Just email us and tell us what cd title you want to order. If possible, copy & paste directly from the listing file as this ensures there will be no mistakes. Write your name, address and send your cd list so we can know about your order.

99.9% of orders are dispatched on the day of receipt. We use airmail everywhere else. Although the post office won't give us any concrete delivery times I think it's 2-3 days Europe and 4-5 days elsewhere. If you send us your e-mail address we will mail you once your order has been dispatched.
Note, postage costs are per Total Order, not per CD.
Payment in any currency other than Italian lira MUST be in CASH.
If you pay in cash, it can be in any currency. There is a great web site which allows you to convert between all sorts of currencies so if you are unsure of what these prices work out to in your currency check the
Universal Currency Converter. Otherwise it needs to be
italian lira. Please dont send coins as we are unable to exchange them.
Cash : Cash is the preferred method of payment, but please ensure that you wrap it well inside your package so that it is not obvious that there is cash
enclosed, otherwise Mr Postie may swipe it. Also, try to avoid coins but if you must use them
it's best to tape them to a piece of card inside your packet and try to wrap these up well as they have a tendency to get stuck in the sorting
machines.
If the cd that you buy is defect we will change for you with same title. If the compilation CD you got one or two of the program did'nt work it is normal cause we cannot check all of the program inside cause there is to many titles there.
I think this is not a safety way, because we have experience lossing money by mail.
First we must wait your payment, after received the payment we will send your cd below 24 hours because we have stock all of the cd's.
